Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA) is an initiative by the Government of Dubai’s Department of Economic Development. It was launched by H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in 2002.
The aim of this prestigious award is to recognize and reward the HR initiatives taken by business organizations towards growth and development of their human resources & research and development of HR methodologies and best practices.
